Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
MenuHub subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Business) are billed monthly in advance. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future billing, but does not refund the current billing period - you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
3. Free trial
New accounts start on a free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and can cancel at any point before it ends with no charge.
4. Exceptions
If you were charged due to a proven technical error on our part (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will review and correct it. Refund requests are handled case by case at our discretion outside of this scenario.
5. How payments are processed
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who also handles applicable taxes. Any dispute regarding a specific charge can also be raised directly with Paddle.
