MenuHub is operated by an individual (sole trader), not a registered company. Throughout this policy, "we" or "the provider" refers to the individual operating MenuHub.

When you create a business account, we collect your username, email address, business name, business type, phone number, and optional VAT/Tax ID. When customers place an order through a restaurant's digital menu, we collect the order details and, if provided, a customer name and phone number (used for loyalty points).
3. How we use your information
We use this information to operate the Service: creating and managing your account and restaurant menu, processing and displaying orders, calculating loyalty points, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Payment processing
Subscription payments are handled entirely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment card details directly - we never see or store your card information on our servers. Paddle's own privacy policy governs how they handle this data.
5. Data storage and hosting
Your account and menu data is stored on infrastructure provided by our hosting provider. Uploaded images (logos, product photos) may be stored on cloud storage where configured.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF-protection cookie for security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Data retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to any records we're required to keep for tax or legal purposes.
